Unless otherwise stated, all content available on this website and within the Clinic Clarity platform is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• software and source code;
• platform architecture and functionality;
• the Clinic Operations Dashboard, including daily record tracking, patient workflow tracking, recall management and shift handover functionality;
• the Practitioner Workspace, including the X-ray Analysis Tool and Clinical Scribe AI Clinical Notes;
• the Admin Dashboard, including financial reporting, KPI benchmarking, compliance tracking and staff analysis modules;
• X-ray reference line models, landmark protocols and subluxation analysis logic;
• Clinical Scribe SOAP note generation workflows and AI clinical note processing;
• revenue projection, patient retention and recall algorithms;
• dashboards, reports and workflows;
• databases and data structures;
• text, graphics, icons and images;
• branding and visual identity;
• logos and design elements;
• documents, guides and educational materials; and
• all other original content made available through this website or platform.

Clinic Clarity® is a registered trade mark.

The Clinic Clarity name, logo and associated branding are protected by applicable trade mark and intellectual property laws.

Any other trade marks, product names or company names appearing on this website remain the property of their respective owners.

Permitted Use

You may access and use this website for your own lawful business or personal purposes.

You may not, without the prior written permission of Health Frame:

• copy, reproduce or republish any content;
• modify, adapt or create derivative works;
• distribute, sell, licence or commercially exploit any material;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from the Clinic Clarity platform, except where permitted by law;
• remove or alter any copyright, trade mark or proprietary notices; or
• use any part of this website or platform in a manner that infringes the intellectual property rights of Health Frame or any third party.

Software and Platform Protection

The Clinic Clarity Dashboard contains proprietary software, business processes, reporting methodologies and system architecture developed by Health Frame.

This includes, without limitation, the following proprietary components:

• X-ray reference line models and ideal reference line generation logic;
• landmark protocols and landmark protocol versioning;
• subluxation analysis logic, including inter-segmental vertebral body corner analysis;
• Clinical Scribe SOAP note generation workflows and AI-assisted transcription processing;
• revenue projection and patient retention algorithms;
• recall management and reactivation tracking logic; and
• dashboard designs, reporting frameworks and analytical methodologies.

No licence or ownership rights are transferred to users other than the limited right to access and use the platform in accordance with the applicable Terms of Service.

Practitioner and Clinic Content

Practitioner-marked annotations, clinical notes and uploaded X-ray images remain the property of the respective clinic or practitioner.

Health Frame does not claim ownership over patient files, clinical notes, X-ray images or annotation data created or uploaded by authorised users. These items are stored on the user's behalf for the purpose of providing the Clinic Clarity service.

AI Models and Analysis Algorithms

The AI-generated reference models, landmark protocols, subluxation analysis logic, revenue projection algorithms and Clinical Scribe SOAP generation workflows incorporated within Clinic Clarity are proprietary to Health Frame.

These components are not open-source. They may not be reverse-engineered, decompiled, redistributed or otherwise extracted from the platform, except where expressly permitted by law.

Reporting and Analytics

The concepts, reporting frameworks, dashboard designs, performance metrics, workflows and analytical methodologies incorporated within Clinic Clarity form part of Health Frame's intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
